Francis Purcell came and viewed the project. He presented me with numerous options for solutions to my basement foundation issues.I decided on an option and we set a date. They actually called a few days prior to see if I wished to move the schedule up which I did.They sent a 2 man crew and I had six adjustable beams installed in less than 5 hours.The crew was courteous, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves.I highly reccommed this company and this is the 2nd time that I've used them.Awesome Experience!

My wife and I had a few contractors out to our property to assess our sinking garage slab issue. We ultimately decided to use Ohio Basement Authority as the consultant Nick came out, took measurements and provided details that others could not. We moved forward with having 5 piers installed under the slab. The team that came out to complete the work was Sean, Nick, and Elijah. What a team! They were awesome! They arrived on time, walked us through the process and had it all completed in the same day. Our floors is now even and the gaps that existed are now gone in the walls. Thank you to your team for taking care of this project for us. They also made it super easy with Payment Options for us as well which is perfect around the holiday season.
