It’s still technically winter, but spring is just around the corner. So is the time change. While you’re springing your clocks forward, how about doing the same with your career?

Something that sets us apart is our three-step interview process. Your initial contact will be a phone interview to establish if you would be a good fit concerning our company culture.
Culture is very important to us. We will not treat you like a number or a mere cog in the business machine. Our employees are our greatest asset, and we believe in remarkable experiences where more is possible. We genuinely care about you, and we want to set you up for success in any way possible.
“We’re a work family, we’re supportive, and everyone is willing to help out,” said Cultural Ambassador Layne Schoener, who is instrumental in the interviewing and hiring process. “We believe in work-life integration. We want you to talk about the positive things about work at home, and to talk about the positives from home at work. We really are One Team, and we want candidates who want to add to it and develop their careers here.”
After a successful phone interview, you will then be invited for in-person interviews in our office that are more in-depth and delve into job responsibilities. Two different department gear leaders sit in each interview, which gives candidates opportunities to ask questions, make connections, and gain further insight on our culture and tight-knit team, Shoener said.
There also are internal promotion and hiring opportunities.
“We’ve undergone a lot of positive changes recently where we’ve taken someone’s great qualities and sharpened and helped grow them,” Schoener said. "And there could be positions available that the leadership team might not have thought someone internally was interested in, like someone in Production applying for another gear. It’s great to see where someone could go and the expectations they have for their career.”
