"The crew was very informative and customer service oriented!"
Jeff M. of Pickerington, OH
I’ve seen ads for Ohio Basement Authority, and it was mentioned to me by people who I did business with.
The office staff was courteous and helpful, and I loved that Heather would communicate with me via my preferred method, email.
The crew asked if they could come earlier for the installation, which was great! They also were very informative and customer service oriented.

I’ve seen Ohio Basement Authority’s television ads, and I chose to work with you because I looked at the reviews online and they seemed very favorable.
Francis was extremely patient and answered all our questions. He was very attentive to my parents who are the homeowners. Heather also was extremely friendly and courteous.
The installation crew – Ryan, Jamey, and Nate – were extremely hard-working. They were very courteous and took great are to be as neat as possible in their work and their cleanup. They were extremely patient in answering questions and explaining the process.
We are extremely pleased with the entire process – from the representative who initially came out, to the installation crew, to the administrative people we had contact with.
"I had great crews. Overall, it was a good experience."
Rob T. of Worthington, OH
I initially heard about Ohio Basement Authority from commercials, and I chose to work with the company because of the presentation. Danny did a good job of making sure he got all the info he needed. He also brought a production manager with him on a visit, as well.
Heather kept me up to date as to schedules.
The crew had a little trouble the first day due to an issue with a trailer, but after that they were pretty much consistent. I had great crews. It was Jim, Pat “Chuck” and Levi for the first week, and then Bob, Chuck and Dave. Both groups were great.
Overall, it was a good experience with no problems.

Anna S. of Dublin, OH
I’ve heard Ohio Basement Authority’s radio advertising, and I chose to work with them because of a neighbor referral.
Heather was wonderful to deal with. She was in constant contact to find an appointment date to accommodate our busy schedule. Patrick was very professional and explained the process, and David and Ian were very nice and professional.
"The office staff was very courteous and thoughtful, and I had a very pleasant crew that worked very hard."
Cheryl C. of Marysville, OH
My next door neighbor recently had work done by your company. I asked him how he found out about your company, and he said from a neighbor down our street who had used your company a couple of years ago and was satisfied with your work.
The office staff was very courteous and thoughtful. We chatted briefly and I told Heather that I had just lost my dog of nearly 16 years. In a later phone connection, she made reference to my loss and asked me how I was doing. That was sweet of her to remember and to ask. Nice personal touch. She also graciously answered my questions.
I had a very pleasant crew. They worked very hard. The digging was labor intensive. Milton told me I could take advantage of having your company come to level the soil if it doesn't settle back down later in the summer. I appreciate the peace of mind of having that back-up help available if I should need to call upon it.
Heather Gehring from Ohio Basement Authority
Title: Administrative Support
Heather is a Cusomer Care Representative within our Production department. Before joining the Ohio Basement Authority team, she worked as a staffing manager, healthcare and accounting recruiter, and the assistant manager and manager in Risk Operations Check Fraud at Chase Bank.
Heather is excited about her job here because she loves helping people. She is very open to new ideas and creating and implementing policies that work for everyone. She also enjoys learning new things. She didn’t have construction or basement knowledge beforehand, but she continues to learn about it every day.
Outside of work, Heather loves watching college basketball, especially the University of Kentucky where she went to school. She also likes to visit dog parks because she believes “dogs make the world a better place.” Heather enjoys listening to music and going to concerts.
Heather is very close with her parents and her sister, who has a son and a baby daughter.
