After spending almost seven years as a newspaper reporter, Holly is thoroughly enjoying her career as Ohio Basement Authority's Internal Marketing Coordinator. She has made some positive changes to Ohio Basement Authority's web presence since becoming a part of the team. In 2016 she was honored as the Overall Best Widget Master across the Basement Systems and Supportworks networks for uploading consistent, quality content to Ohio Basement Authority's website.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in magazine journalism from Kent State University, Holly worked as an obituary clerk at the Star Beacon in Ashtabula, OH. She then went on to write for the Times Recorder in Zanesville, OH, as a general assignment reporter. During her latter position, she spoke with a variety of people and wrote diverse news and feature stories. The highlight of her career in journalism was interviewing Sen. John Glenn. She also communicated with the public through social media, which enhances her experience at Ohio Basement Authority.
A resident of Reynoldsburg, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and their loved ones, watching her favorite movies and TV shows, and attending various festivals during the summer. She also has a passion for New York City, and enjoys traveling to the Big Apple whenever possible.
