Megan Pettry is energetic, passionate, fun-loving, and an integral part of the Ohio Basement Authority team. Megan's customer service background and experience in training and management makes her a valuable asset to the company. She came from a fast-paced work environment, and is always eager to help others.
Megan began her career with us as a Call Center Representative. She quickly got promoted to Customer Care and Marketing Manager. While supporting our Customer Care department, Megan hired, trained, coached, and developed 15 team members. She also achieved success by leading the team that exceeded our departmental goals. While continuing to support Customer Care, Megan took on the Special Projects role and has been responsible for the implementation and configuration of various programs and processes across all departments. In addition to Special Projects and Customer Care, Megan also led our service department.
Megan takes pride in working side by side Ohio Basement Authority's high-spirited, energetic, fun individuals, as well as assisting the public. "It's always a great reward to help make someone smile," she said. "My passion is to help others, build relationships, make an impact and redefine!"
Megan lives in Grove City with her boyfriend, Brad, and their son, Brantlee. She cherishes her time with her family and friends, and she enjoys decompressing by doing laundry and cooking.
