A pleasant young man named Kyle was the tech today and besides being thorough he was very informative and efficient. Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). Fortunately for me I already fixed that and he explained what I did right and why and how it should have been designed originally.

They constantly communicated what they were doing and proceeded with care as if it was their own home. We are extremely satisfied with their work. I SAY ALLEGED BECAUSE I GOT TWO DIFFERENT QUOTES FOR RANGING FROM $3000-$5000 TO FIX AN ISSUE SHE DID NOT HAVE, WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME WAS MOLD WAS ACTUALLY EFFLORESCENCE AND THE MOISTURE LEVEL WAS LESS THAN 2%. We’re currently having basement work done by OBA. During the process, their electrician, Brandon, identified a serious issue with our main panel. We’d had problems in the past but hadn’t realized the extent of the danger. OBA was great about working with us to include a panel replacement in the project scope. Brandon completed the job the same day and was a pleasure to talk with. Their plumber, Cory, also stayed to help and had our water system back online that same day. *I’ll provide further updates once the structural work is complete, but so far, so good!
