DAN LAUTERBUR GAVE MY MOM AN HONEST OPINION BASED ON A THOROUGH INVSTIGATION OF OUR ALLEGED MOLD PROBLEM. I SAY ALLEGED BECAUSE I GOT TWO DIFFERENT QUOTES FOR RANGING FROM $3000-$5000 TO FIX AN ISSUE SHE DID NOT HAVE, WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME WAS MOLD WAS ACTUALLY EFFLORESCENCE AND THE MOISTURE LEVEL WAS LESS THAN 2%. CALL THE BASEMENT AUTHORITY DON'T SCREW AROUND WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!! THANKS AGAIN DAN!!!!

There was a crack in the foundation in my crawl space. I had received 3 estimates, all with 3 different solutions. I sure was confused. I contacted a few other companies and finally I called Ohio Basement Authority. Nick took his time and thoroughly explained the issue and provided a solution. He was the only one that measured both the crawl space and the room above it and determined that the crack was not a threat to the foundation, explaining why there was not a reason to do anything at this time. I did decide to have the crawl space encapsulated. Nick's team was very courteous and respectful while in my home and completed the job in a timely manner. Don't waste your time in contacting other companies. Nick at Ohio Basement Authority knows his stuff and has the best team ever!

Francis Purcell came and viewed the project. He presented me with numerous options for solutions to my basement foundation issues.I decided on an option and we set a date. They actually called a few days prior to see if I wished to move the schedule up which I did.They sent a 2 man crew and I had six adjustable beams installed in less than 5 hours.The crew was courteous, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves.I highly reccommed this company and this is the 2nd time that I've used them.Awesome Experience!
