Exterior Drainage Systems Photo Album: New Exterior Drain Lines Will Keep Water Away From a Home in Columbus, OH

Album Description

Homeowners in Columbus, OH, recently moved into a 40-year-old house, and they started to notice drainage issues on the property.

They plan to make this their home for many years, so having a proper drainage system and keeping the home dry is very important to them.

After researching various companies online, they came across Ohio Basement Authority's website. After having a thorough evaluation completed by one of our inspectors, the homeowners were eager to have our company complete work to correct the exterior drainage problems.

One of our expert crews then installed new downspout conductor lines on the property and regraded the soil around the home and where the lines were installed. This allows water to flow away from the house so it will not enter the home and create additional problems.

The homeowners were happy to have these projects completed so they will have a dry living environment for many more years to come.
