Ohio Basement Authority did a great job with our basement. Damarion, Max, Rachel, and Arman were professional and knowledgeable. Damarion is great with customers. He walked me through the project, gave me updates and ensured my satisfaction with the project. The house was cleaned up prior them leaving. It is peace of mind knowing your basement is protected.

Eric did a thorough job reviewing my home after a relocation inspector pointed out concerns with some cracking in the foundation of my home. We had Ohio Basement Authority out to do a complete encapsulation on our 2500 square foot crawl space. From the start of the process our sales representative Joel was extremely helpful. He worked up several different options for us and never tried to over sell he just genuinely tried to help us through the process. Once the work began Richard and his crew, John, Johan and Jhorfry were extremely professional. They always communicated when they would be arriving, updated us on the progress and worked long hours to hit their intended goals for the day. They left each day with their work area clean and organized and made sure at the end of the project that everything was how it was originally. We highly recommend Richard and his crew for any service or projects their experience made this project go very smoothly. Thanks guys !

After 30 years in our home, our foundation was in serious need of repair. Ohio Basement Authorities was selected to do the repair work needed to stabilize the home. They were very professional and quickly demonstrated that they had the expertise and equipment needed to effectively and efficiently get the job done. Very impressive was that a team of just 3 dug out a massive amount of dirt along the entire side of our house which then allowed them to install necessary materials to stabilize the foundation. Additionally, these 3 completed all needed work in less than a day and a half! Big shout out to Elijah, Robert and Isaiah W. from the Ohio Basement Authorities Branch in Cincinnati Ohio. I highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

Ohio Basement Authority gave us a very reasonable estimate for leveling out several problem spots in our concrete driveway and walkway to our front door. Then they contacted us when a spot opened on their job schedule a few months sooner than expected. Their crew, Nick and Earl, were on time, very personable, kept us fully informed on their progress, and did a great job. Our driveway, walkway, and front-door entryway look much better, with tripping hazards gone. Very happy with the OBA's work!

This review is relative to the initial inspection and estimating session (mine was regarding my slab foundation). Scot was a pleasure to work with — excellent communication leading up to the appointment, super knowledgeable and informative, and also had a great sense of humor. I was presented with several options, received honest guidance regarding what might be more or less urgent, and I never felt like I was being sold unnecessary services. The initial session takes a bit of time (again, very thorough), but this is communicated upfront. I’m in the process of getting a few estimates before I decide the path forward, but I am happy that I included this company on my short list.

I had my concrete lifted recently by Ohio Basement Authority. I was very much impressed by the initial inspection and recommendations by Charles. And I was very impressed by the work of the two gentlemen who did the actual lifting. They managed to lift it significantly without cracking the concrete. James and Pedro were outstanding!

Highly recommended! Had Chase out to look over my house a few days ago. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. Ended up giving us better news then we were expecting and also showing us a few things to help avoid future issues. We will be referring him and his company out with confidence

I called to have the foundation of my home repaired. My floor boards were moving, there was a crack in my center wall. My anxiety was through the roof and I was dreading spending several thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. Mr. Hollis Smith showed up promptly, professionally and friendly. I explained to him my concerns and showed him the issues. After a few hours he basically tells me that the guy I hired to put jack stands in the basement installed them wrong. He also cranked them too high, pushing up on the floors and causing the crack in the wall and the floorboard separation. He then tells me the jack stands were not even needed. What I thought was a massive hole and faulty foundation was perfectly fine. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He could have really taken me to the bank for work I did not need done and he didn’t. That’s integrity! He is looking at a few other jobs that we would like to have now. Jobs there are not urgent. We look forward to working with his professionalism, honesty and expertise!

Ohio Basement Authority installed an egress window for me. Joe Stuber and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The excavation and block cutting necessary for installation of an egress window are messy jobs. I appreciated the fact that Joe and his crew took extra care to keep the mess to an absolute minimum. Joe was also great about letting me know what his intentions were for the job and confirming that his intentions would meet my expectations. As a result, I couldn’t be more pleased with my new window and the people at OBA.

James Sandlin came out to check my house for foundation issues. We found out that the foundation was fine. I liked that James was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Or lie an say something was wrong when there wasnt I should say. Thanks for the peace of mind James.

Caleb T was very informative and extremely polite. Spoke using understandable language, and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend basement authority. They fixed my sump pump and drain problem 4 years ago and have kept up with me to make sure it is all working properly. Always a pleasure with their employees.

Great company. They are on top of everything. They do excellent work,in and out no issues. They stand by their warranties and their annual service is no joke. If you have a problem, or may have one soon They let you know and it's either taken care of that day or the servicer will actually write you up a quote on the spot for new work.

William and his crew were great! Very professional and courteous. Issues were as follows: Evan the salesman mentioned that we might need to remove the laundry sink at our first walkthrough. But around one week before they were due to arrive for the job, I called to ask about it and he had forgotten about it. He did help me find a really good plumber at a discount to correct this. The next issue was that the board to repair the base of the house was not going to fit, and they did not have the right equipment to do that job. The job got postponed by at least 2 weeks due to other scheduled jobs and staff vacation. In addition, William had to do a job during the morning of our scheduled work which put them back 1/2 day. I really appreciate that this company is family owned, but it feels like they are stretched a bit thin with staffing and equipment.

This outfit is meticulous in their service delivery! Everything was handled so professionally from the outset. From the estimation process to the completion of the project I felt taken care of rather than taken advantage of. The crew did an amazing job on our sidewalk that had sunk in front of our house and made it safe for everyone.
