Had a great experience with Ohio Basement Authority recently when they came out to look at our crawl space for encapsulation. Dakota Hruby was the one who did the inspection, and he was fantastic—super friendly, professional, and really took the time to walk me through everything. What stood out the most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just do a quick once-over and leave; he explained things in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I actually understood what was going on down there and why certain fixes were recommended. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the inspection and how much time they spent with me. It felt like they genuinely cared about doing things right. Definitely recommend if you’re looking into crawl space work.

What truly impressed me was his ability to create a custom quote on the spot, while fully honoring my specific wishes and concerns. Matt's expertise was evident, and I felt completely confident in his assessment. But what truly set him apart was his character. As he was leaving, he noticed a stranger struggling to break down and load some outdoor storage I had placed at the curb. I was really impressed with the quoting experience with Mark! He was friendly, thorough and offered me a few different solutions without feeling "salesy". Unfortunately, the potential foundation repairs were for a home that I was under contract to buy, but had to backout because the seller refused to lower the purchase price to compensate. However, based on the genuine experience with Mark, I'd recommend this company!
