Daniel,Jon,and Kyle showed up to redo trench drain. This is the fourth crew to do work for us. The five stars are for the professionalism and way they handled the job, not for Basauth. Poor management and lack of follow-up. This crew rectified a couple small issues other than the shitty drain work. Again if you used these guys as examples of good work ethic and doing the best job that they can with limited resources you might not have customers like me seriously questioning your business ethics and practices. Contacted Ohio Basement Authority for an estimate on my driveway and sections of sidewalk that over the years have sunk becoming unsightly and a trip hazard. Hollis Smith of OBA came to my home and explaining the entire process from start to finish. He thoroughly inspected my driveway and sidewalk and came up a game plan based on my situation. He was professional and gave me a fair estimate for the amount of work involved.

John Carlson was our electrician and he had to run a dedicated line for our new sump pump. He was very professional and didn't give up even though our old house threw some pretty big curveballs his way! Marcus was in charge of the demo, drilling and laying down the new drainage system. He was Uber polite, very knowledgeable and finished in the time allotted.

We’re currently having basement work done by OBA. During the process, their electrician, Brandon, identified a serious issue with our main panel. We’d had problems in the past but hadn’t realized the extent of the danger. OBA was great about working with us to include a panel replacement in the project scope. Brandon completed the job the same day and was a pleasure to talk with. Their plumber, Cory, also stayed to help and had our water system back online that same day. *I’ll provide further updates once the structural work is complete, but so far, so good!

While the job took longer than initially expected due to unforeseen complications, ****** commitment and professionalism never wavered. He consistently followed through on every promise he made, keeping me informed and at ease throughout the process.**** was joined by ***** *. and ***** *., who were incredible teammates. These two were hardworking, reliable, and just as pleasant to have around. They worked tirelessly, never once slowing down or losing focus. The team as a whole was exceptional, and their efforts were truly appreciated.What stood out the most, though, was ****** attitude. Even when problems arose, which inevitably happens with a job of this magnitude, he maintained the most positive and professional demeanor Ive ever encountered with anyone working in my home. We hired Ohio Basement Authority to waterproof and dry out a damp cellar/basement at a historic home of ours. The stone walls and mortar were slowly crumbling. They inspected the foundation, explained all options to us, and completed the entire project in just 2 days. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. We recently had a crawl space encapsulated by Ohio Basement authority. The work that was completed was fantastic and exceeded our expectation!!! Ivan Hernandez and his work crew were top notch and extremely professional and extremely nice to work with!!! This has been a great experience and we would highly recommend their services!! Ben Hilleary was our initial contact and inspector. He was also fantastic and made the beginning process very easy. All services were great!! We are very satisfied with our purchase!! 🙂
