I recently had the pleasure of working with **** *. from Ohio Basement Authority on a challenging basement project, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. While the job took longer than initially expected due to unforeseen complications, ****** commitment and professionalism never wavered. He consistently followed through on every promise he made, keeping me informed and at ease throughout the process.**** was joined by ***** *. and ***** *., who were incredible teammates. These two were hardworking, reliable, and just as pleasant to have around. They worked tirelessly, never once slowing down or losing focus. The team as a whole was exceptional, and their efforts were truly appreciated.What stood out the most, though, was ****** attitude. Even when problems arose, which inevitably happens with a job of this magnitude, he maintained the most positive and professional demeanor Ive ever encountered with anyone working in my home. He approached each challenge with a smile, finding solutions without letting it affect the quality of his work or the rapport he built with us.**** is the kind of worker you dont come across every day. If I had to pay double to have **** back for every project, I absolutely wouldits that rare to find someone as dedicated and trustworthy as him.Overall, I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience and the results. Dylan Fields from Ohio Basement Authority was very helpful. He came out to our house when we needed to confirm that the work had been done correctly and would be transferable to future owner’s of our home. He was knowledgeable and courteous and prompt with communication. I highly recommend.

From the field inspector, Tanner, to the foreman, Joseph, the experience has been great! Everyone was very professional and communicated well. Tanner did an excellent job with his inspection, information presented via short videos and actual samples of the materials and then communicating options and prices. Joseph and his crew showed up on time, very courteous, explained the job, and cleaned up completely. The work done was a crawlspace waterproofing system and encapsulation.

Great company. They are on top of everything. They do excellent work,in and out no issues. They stand by their warranties and their annual service is no joke. If you have a problem, or may have one soon They let you know and it's either taken care of that day or the servicer will actually write you up a quote on the spot for new work.

Last week I asked Ohio Basement Authority to come out to investigate why my floor was so cold and why cold air was coming in from the bottom of the fireplace. Dylan came out as promised and did an extremely thorough investigation. I was surprised and impressed with how interested and determined he was to figure out the issue. He looked outside, inside, and spent lots of time in the crawlspace. He found places in the crawlspace that were of particular concern and explained what would be the best solutions. He showed pictures and took his time explaining his reasoning. Then he was very willing to explain it again to my son and a friend so they could help me decide. No pressure, professional demeanor. I can tell he loves what he is doing and takes pride in doing it honestly and with excellence. Dylan has made me feel confident having the work done by Ohio Basement Authority.

This was a great experience from Doug our salesman to Joe Straight our foreman and Brandon our electrician everything was top notch and amazing. The level of communication and coordination was excellent. Then the crew of Tavieon and Cristo were super workers and very friendly and helpful. The Ohio Basement Authority lives up to their name and we are very happy we called them.
