I had a real good experience with Michael Davies of Basement Doctors, he was on time and did a thorough job inspecting my previous work that was done 3 years and also cleaned the filter to my dehumidifier. He explained everything very well too. I highly recommend Mr Davies. Tim C

We’re currently having basement work done by OBA. During the process, their electrician, Brandon, identified a serious issue with our main panel. We’d had problems in the past but hadn’t realized the extent of the danger. OBA was great about working with us to include a panel replacement in the project scope. Brandon completed the job the same day and was a pleasure to talk with. Their plumber, Cory, also stayed to help and had our water system back online that same day. *I’ll provide further updates once the structural work is complete, but so far, so good!

We had Ohio Basement Authority out to do a complete encapsulation on our 2500 square foot crawl space. From the start of the process our sales representative Joel was extremely helpful. He worked up several different options for us and never tried to over sell he just genuinely tried to help us through the process. Once the work began Richard and his crew, John, Johan and Jhorfry were extremely professional. They always communicated when they would be arriving, updated us on the progress and worked long hours to hit their intended goals for the day. They left each day with their work area clean and organized and made sure at the end of the project that everything was how it was originally. We highly recommend Richard and his crew for any service or projects their experience made this project go very smoothly. Thanks guys !

He took the time to explain how the crack on the driveway would be repaired utilizing videos during the process. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated his attention to detail. Matt Koons, Ohio Basement Authority, came to look at what we needed, explained the work process to us, gave us our estimate, and explained all of the contract. We got scheduled and then our work date was moved up due to a cancellation, so our entire job (estimate to completion) was finished in less than a week. Very happy with our project and with Ohio Basement Authority.

Highly recommend this company. They installed a new drainage system on one side of our house. I needed it done quickly because of problems we were having, and they came out on a Saturday. The foreman Daniel and his crew Tracen and Kyle were great – they kept in contact with me, even though I was overseas for work – communication was excellent.

These guys were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They worked around any issues that came up and proficiently answered any questions I had.
