Daniel,Jon,and Kyle showed up to redo trench drain. This is the fourth crew to do work for us. The five stars are for the professionalism and way they handled the job, not for Basauth. Poor management and lack of follow-up. This crew rectified a couple small issues other than the shitty drain work. Again if you used these guys as examples of good work ethic and doing the best job that they can with limited resources you might not have customers like me seriously questioning your business ethics and practices. Jacob Nesbitt in my home was a positive experience, and a refreshing experience after other estimators. He was thorough, honest, and earned my trust with his demeaner. He reviewed my options, quoted financing, and I choose to use his company because of his respectful communication style. I felt confident after getting my free quote that negotiating the complex situation in my basement would not only be possible with him, but that we would succeed in getting the results we need. Honestly, its difficult to open your home to a stranger who you need help from on a large project, and it was nice to feel good about it for a change. Ohio Basement Authority is a good mix of national corporation but still has a small business feel.

From estimate to completion, Tyler and Curtis were extremely informative and professional. Tyler was very thorough in explaining the process and assisting with the financing to get us started and Curtis and his team worked diligently to get the project completed, keeping us informed as to their progress at the end of each day. While this wasn’t something we expected or had planned for, we are grateful for Ohio Basement Authority’s work in addressing the problem by getting us scheduled quickly, stabilizing our house and providing us with a with a sense of relief going forward. Dylan, our Certified Field Inspector from Ohio Basement Authority, was excellent! He was polite and professional, was honest during the inspection about the state of our basement. He didn't try to sell us on unnecessary work, but advised us on what to watch for as our basement/house continues to age. Integrity is important to me, and I would 100% both recommend Ohio Basement Authority to others with basement/foundation needs, as well as work with this organization in the future for our own needs. Ohio Basement Authority is the top choice for exceptional plumbing services at a competitive price. After maintaining my old sump pump for over 20 years, it finally gave out and it was time for a replacement. I was able to schedule an appointment at a time that worked best for me, and Kyle Lockard came out to install the new sump pump. He did an outstanding job! Kyle not only installed the new pump but also cleaned out a significant amount of grime that had built up over the years. Unlike other companies that simply check if the sump pump is working and call it maintenance, Ohio Basement Authority went above and beyond, as shown in the photos. I'm extremely grateful for the professional and thorough service they provided in replacing my sump pump the right way.
