Sean and Nick did great work on our basement push pier project. They always showed up on time, communicated clearly, and cleaned up after the job was finished. We were so impressed by these two hard working guys. They worked well together, and stayed on site the whole day. Took short breaks, and pushed on to get the project completed in just a few days! 8.31.2023Update.After miscommunication I believe we are all set and we will see how it functions!That was fixed.Just waiting on final finished walls to be done which would have been next week but I couldn't do that so will be the following!And now my 2 year old washing machine is leaking from the bottom. If I knew this was going to completely ruin capacity to do laundry……they should have extended the sump pump.Or said you can't use your washer dryer.Got a call yesterday and he had no clue what was discussed discussed aND still needed to be fixed. From Friday evening To Monday 4 pm it was never communicated..So Day three and the plumber was sent out as promised. Matt who was the person I met first who does the assessments now is really great at being hands-on. I met with one of their competitors the day after Matt came. Matt struck me as honest and I read BBB reviews. Ohio Basement stood out because they remedied issues. The other guys did not. The others tried to get me…all 3 of them …to sign that night. Which made me want to say my doors here…bye! Matt simply told me facts. He came out tonight and moved my washer back for me. He told me a plumber was coming and they did. They guys who worked on the basement were really nice and professional. My basement crawl space no longer smells and the musty basement odor is reduced significantly already.A few loose ends which Matt is working on will be fixed and it'll be 5 stars.

I had my crawlspace done by Ohio Basement Authority …….Iran h. and Chris m.did the work..they did a great job..I would definitely use them again if needed..they explained everything they did….it was nice to have a company take pride in their work and do the job as was told..Jay came out to inspect and go over the options and prices..he answered any questions I had and explained each step that needed done..I highly recommend them

Ohio Basement Authority did a great job with our basement. Damarion, Max, Rachel, and Arman were professional and knowledgeable. Damarion is great with customers. He walked me through the project, gave me updates and ensured my satisfaction with the project. The house was cleaned up prior them leaving. It is peace of mind knowing your basement is protected.

Not only were they prompt and professional, they understood our wants and needs and designed a plan to make it happen.
