Ohio Basement Authority did an excellent job on the basement drainage system. The Foreman Sam and his crew, Frank and Marvin were professional throughout the install. Answered any questions and concerns as well as providing explanation on all that was being completed. Would highly recommend OBA but more importantly Sam and his crew for anyone needing a basement drainage system.

I am leaving a review regarding maintenance of the sump pump only, which was done today, April 3, 2026, by Dave. Dave did an excellent job on the sump pump. He was very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He shared some valuable information regarding operation and maintenance of the equipment, which he supported with before and after images/photographs. I am grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Everette was a pleasure to work with today. Unfortunately after he arrived we discovered that Ohio Basement Authority does not do the kind of work needed for my project. Everette was able to offer some suggestions, and he took some pictures which he offered to forward to some contractors who may be able to complete that type of project. Thanks, Everette!

James ******* is fantastic. He quickly identified several issues in our home using advanced equipment and visual inspection. He explained the process of the crawlspace encapsulation and showed us photos so that we understood exactly what is beneath our home. He has worked very well with the contractor from ****, Wayne, who is also excellent. The two of them have agreed on several things, and will work together to try to save our subfloor we were previously told had to be ripped out. We have very scary issues with our house (mold, sagging beams from a dishwasher leak and the foundation shifting due to this). James has drawn a diagram of the house as far as he can for now. Wayne from **** is doing the same. Our HVAC must be ripped out before James can evaluate the rest of our house, but he was able to show us where we have crawlspace and where it is slab. We highly recommend this very knowledgeable and professional technician. We trust him and are grateful he and the other contractor are able to work so well together to try to help us during one of the worst nightmares of our lives. Their calm mannerisms are helping us not panic, and we know they could have padded the bill and ripped out the sub floor. Not wanting to do this shows us even more so that we can trust James to make the best decision to help us. He got down in our crawlspace that is very short in freezing weather and took photos of everything. He is dedicated and he really cares.

Ohio Basement Authority did a great job with our basement. Damarion, Max, Rachel, and Arman were professional and knowledgeable. Damarion is great with customers. He walked me through the project, gave me updates and ensured my satisfaction with the project. The house was cleaned up prior them leaving. It is peace of mind knowing your basement is protected.
