I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle R. from Ohio Basement Authority on a challenging basement project, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. While the job took longer than initially expected due to unforeseen complications, Kyle's commitment and professionalism never wavered. He consistently followed through on every promise he made, keeping me informed and at ease throughout the process. Kyle was joined by Slade R. and Bryan K., who were incredible teammates. These two were hardworking, reliable, and just as pleasant to have around. They worked tirelessly, never once slowing down or losing focus. The team as a whole was exceptional, and their efforts were truly appreciated. What stood out the most, though, was Kyle's attitude. Even when problems arose, which inevitably happens with a job of this magnitude, he maintained the most positive and professional demeanor I’ve ever encountered with anyone working in my home. He approached each challenge with a smile, finding solutions without letting it affect the quality of his work or the rapport he built with us. Kyle is the kind of worker you don’t come across every day. If I had to pay double to have Kyle back for every project, I absolutely would—it’s that rare to find someone as dedicated and trustworthy as him. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience and the results. If you’re looking for a team that will treat your home with the utmost care, work tirelessly, and deliver outstanding results, you simply can’t go wrong with Kyle, Slade, and Bryan.

Was having issues with humidity and water in our crawl space. William's crew (Russell, Levi, Marvin) with Ohio Basement Authority came out and encapsulated it. They were friendly, professional, and efficient with their work. I am throughly impressed and will look forward to the annual check up next year. We are impressed with their workmanship.

Interior waterproofing project. I'm writing to highly commend supervisor Jake M. for stepping in to resolve a jam of a scheduling situation inherited from his coworkers. Jake was true to his word, he resolved the original no-show by others in a timely way and listened. The second crew, led by Ivan, was efficient and professional in completing the job – no problems so far. I would give Jake & crew 5 stars. Outside of them, there were major lack of communication issues from other people at company that I hope get improved.

Thank you to David Danku and Ohio Basement Authority for the exceptional work and service today on our basement. Very thorough inspection and precise repairs completed by David whose glowing personality was the icing on the cake! Signed up for 3 more years for peace of mind and of course, it was very affordable to do so. Thank you and see you all for next year's inspection!

Jacob Nesbitt in my home was a positive experience, and a refreshing experience after other estimators. He was thorough, honest, and earned my trust with his demeaner. He reviewed my options, quoted financing, and I choose to use his company because of his respectful communication style. I felt confident after getting my free quote that negotiating the complex situation in my basement would not only be possible with him, but that we would succeed in getting the results we need. Honestly, its difficult to open your home to a stranger who you need help from on a large project, and it was nice to feel good about it for a change. Ohio Basement Authority is a good mix of national corporation but still has a small business feel.
