Killer experience. My basement went from feeling like a cave in death trap to a safe sturdy place welcome for guests. Jokes aside, the work performed initially as well as the yearly tune up and inspections have been extremely satisfying. Just had my last inspection with Kyle where he exceeded all expectations and was very friendly the entire time. I fully recommend the company, and will be contacting them for future projects.

We would like to share our experience with Zeke Fowler who came to our home today (2/16/23) to provide a free estimate to repair our front porch steps that are leaning by 1-1/4 inch. Although we haven't committed to the service and are still considering all our options, Zeke was was extremely professional, very thorough, trustworthy and a wealth of knowledge. He actually went above and beyond by getting to the root cause of the leaning and pointed out other areas that could be of concern. He was able to point out that our down spouts are not draining the rain water out to the street, thus causing water to pool and saturate the front yard where a large size dip has formed over a couple of decades. So, he not only provided the reasonable cost to perform the repairs but he also pointed out other areas of our property, specifically the sidewalks where there is some unevenness that has the potential for trip hazards. We are so thankful that Zeke was the person that Ohio Basement Authority sent to our home today, because we can't imagine anyone else with more expert knowledge than him. If you are a homeowner in need of their services, we highly recommend Zeke to be the person you could request. Thanks again.

Brian K, Ryan R, Curtis H, and Karter J were all professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very hard working. I had Jacob come out for an inspection after I purchased this property. He was friendly easy-going and just the type of sales person that I needed for this only negative side to all this is I wish that the 10% was a little pushed out further versus the same day, I think that’s kind of the downside of everything. However, his approach to fixing the situation measuring the walls figuring out everything was gonna flow through was great. I had zero issues directly with him. He was awesome great sales understanding and wasnt pushing things down my throat and somebody like me coming from sales. I don’t like the pushy sales man cause I was that.he didn’t really have an issue building great Rapport with me at all. And he was very truthful. He explained things very simply and easily although I did my resrarch to find out what my issues were so i had an idea of how things would go today, and was able to have a better idea/ plan for myself; he explained this is what we need to get done this is how our company does it. This is how we’re gonna do it. Also, I think what helped is he understood the scope of the work being a former foreman himself. I appreciate him coming out and this guy needs a raise or some more commission great dude great attitude, and great integrity, even better not a pushy sales man. Thank you jacob and thank you for being a man of integerity and honesty i appreciate it very, very much.

Initially I didn’t enjoy the work done by Ohio basement authority and left a bad review. However they sent a new crew at no charge. Alan and Frankie came and fixed the work done. They were both really professional and polite. I appreciate the work they did on my home and I hope that gets back to them somehow. Thanks for coming and fixing the previous work that I was unhappy with.
