Chase was great. Very thorough and explained the scope of work that would need to be done to remedy the issue. Gave me a full printed version including visual sketches to look over while making my decision. Not pushy and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help instead of just making the sale.

Dylan, our Certified Field Inspector from Ohio Basement Authority, was excellent! He was polite and professional, was honest during the inspection about the state of our basement. He didn't try to sell us on unnecessary work, but advised us on what to watch for as our basement/house continues to age. Integrity is important to me, and I would 100% both recommend Ohio Basement Authority to others with basement/foundation needs, as well as work with this organization in the future for our own needs. Our experience with Ohio Basement Authority was outstanding!

Ohio Basement Systems Certified Field Inspector Jacob Letner was very informative about the company and the work to be done having our garage leveled. Jacob Letner's was on time and very precise and honest! He showed us work that we thought had to be done and through the proof of the instruments he used was proof that we did not need basement work. Thank you Jacob Letner!

5 star review for Dan! Dan as an inspector came out to our house and had a genuine interest in our home, the problem we were having and thoroughly explained his background experience and cared for us. Dan did not even mention a sale price to us once during our inspection. I felt he trusted and comfortable with our experience with OBA because of our experience with Dan. Will be giving them a call in the future for our Basement repair needs.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Justin B from OBA for our waterproofing basement and foundation repair project, and I cannot recommend him enough! From the moment Justin B arrived, he brought a warm friendly energy that instantly made us feel at ease! His knowledge of both Italian and Jamaican cultures added a charm to our conversation and it felt like chatting with an old friend rather than a representative trying to make a SALE! He took the time to thoroughly explain the estimates & what needed to be done, ensuring we understood every aspect of the process! We truly appreciated how patient he was answering all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with our choices! What stood out the most was Justin's passion for what he does & the company he partly owns! He was genuinely invested in helping us find the RIGHT SOLUTIONS FOR OUR HOME,which really inspires confidence in the work OBA offers! If you're looking for someone who combines expertise with a personal touch, Justin B. Is definitely your guy! Thank you Justin B. For making this experience so positive for our family! Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Thomas & Elizabeth Chipman of Florence KY

Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). Fortunately for me I already fixed that and he explained what I did right and why and how it should have been designed originally.

I had a bad experience with another basement waterproofing company before we hired Ohio Basement Authority and was very hesitant about who to go with. When Mark came out to give us a quote, he took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. William and his crew Russel and Levi were amazing! I’m so glad we decided to go with Ohio Basement Authority for our waterproofing project!
