Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). Fortunately for me I already fixed that and he explained what I did right and why and how it should have been designed originally.

Vanessa has been really easy and fun to work with!! She included everything on our wish list to the proposed floor plan which was surprising given our small space! She was very honest and so easy to communicate with. Even after she left I reached out to see if she could change something on our floor plan, and she had the changes sent to me within a few hours. Extremely impressive!!

Ohio Basement Authority (OBA) installed my inside French drain and I couldn’t be more pleased. The install went quick and smooth. OBA does yearly checks of the system. A pleasant young man named Kyle was the tech today and besides being thorough he was very informative and efficient. All my interactions with employees of OBA was been pleasant and would recommend their services.

Caden and Chris came over to my house to complete an annual check on my basement wall. During their visit, they were polite and friendly. They even changed my sump pump back up battery, rewired it and fixed my leaky pipe. They went way above and beyond and provided the best customer service I have received in as long as I can remember. Overall 10 stars, I would recommend them to everyone!!

My home is unusualy long, large and awkwardly positioned on a steep slope. I worried for years it was too big of a task to repair thoroughly and would be far too expensive. I had quotes from various experts and never felt confident with any of their solutions. But yesterday I met Dan with Ohio Basement Authority and I have to say: MY OPINION CHANGED QUICKLY. I will never be able to thank @Dan Lauterbur enough for our home evaluation. He worked with precision and great attention to detail, addressing every nagging question, and concern I threw at him with a plethora of knowledge and expertise. His passion for construction and foundation repair was evident. Literally every minute was a fountain of knowledge; he did not rush and spent nearly 4 hours with me to complete our home evaluation, sketch and entire contract. Bringing over 25 years of experience as a general contractor, I can rest easy knowing Dan left no stone unturned during the process. Very excited to continue working with Dan as our Project Manager over the next three months and see our dreams come to fruition!!! I truly do not believe there is another foundation company out there that will have the man power for this monster of a project (32 push peirs, driveway deck, floors and more); all-the-while still making the process stress-free, smooth and affordable. I had my concrete lifted recently by Ohio Basement Authority. I was very much impressed by the initial inspection and recommendations by Charles. And I was very impressed by the work of the two gentlemen who did the actual lifting. They managed to lift it significantly without cracking the concrete. James and Pedro were outstanding!

This is my second pending job with Ohio basement. The inspector, James Sandlin, was on time, communicative and extremely easy to work with. He was very thorough and was at my home for several hours taking a wide variety of measurements. His recommendation was in line what I assumed I needed and gave me confidence in my purchase decision. For this critical type of work I highly recommend James and Ohio basement.

Great job during our basement waterproofing by Ohio Basement Authority. Super efficient and good communication by Richard and his crew: Donte, Javaun and Dijon. Very considerate of our property and did a good job cleaning up as well. Would recommend them anytime! Electrician John Carlson got us off to a good start too and Matt Carson for explaining everything well and good communication.
