I had an egress window put in the basement and the people at Ohio Basement Authority did a great job. We am so pleased with the results and completed project! Highly recommend Mark, our inspector and all the guys that came through and did a wonderful job! Now we have a safe exit from the basement in case it is needed. Thanks, Mark, Zac, Dusty, Payton, Rob and Logan and Ava. You guys are great!

This review is relative to the initial inspection and estimating session (mine was regarding my slab foundation). Scot was a pleasure to work with — excellent communication leading up to the appointment, super knowledgeable and informative, and also had a great sense of humor. I was presented with several options, received honest guidance regarding what might be more or less urgent, and I never felt like I was being sold unnecessary services. The initial session takes a bit of time (again, very thorough), but this is communicated upfront. I’m in the process of getting a few estimates before I decide the path forward, but I am happy that I included this company on my short list.

Job was substantially completed 10/07 And full payment was made on 10/08 With the agreement that a 10 foot condensation hose from the dehumidifier would be delivered to me on 10/11 so the Aprilair unit could be more centrally located . Currently hose is only 5 feet long. Also the delivery team did not provide any verbal instructions except to press arrows up or down to set the humidity settings . I was told with purchase that instructions would be given to me and explain maintenance .The agreement was the 10 foot hose would be delivered 10/11 and at that time instructions on care of unit would be provided verbally . I was there from 9a-4:15 and did not receive any calls to reschedule .

Caden and Chris came over to my house to complete an annual check on my basement wall. During their visit, they were polite and friendly. They even changed my sump pump back up battery, rewired it and fixed my leaky pipe. They went way above and beyond and provided the best customer service I have received in as long as I can remember. Overall 10 stars, I would recommend them to everyone!!

From estimate to completion, Tyler and Curtis were extremely informative and professional. Tyler was very thorough in explaining the process and assisting with the financing to get us started and Curtis and his team worked diligently to get the project completed, keeping us informed as to their progress at the end of each day. While this wasn’t something we expected or had planned for, we are grateful for Ohio Basement Authority’s work in addressing the problem by getting us scheduled quickly, stabilizing our house and providing us with a with a sense of relief going forward. We wouldn’t hesitate in referring Ohio Basement Authority to anyone with similar issues that need addressed.

Louis Dave Christ and crew did an amazing job! They worked so hard for 3 days repairing and waterproofing my basement. Everyday they cleaned everything before leaving, sweeping the entire basement and foyer. They sprayed all the mud off my driveway and porch. Every morning Louis asked if I had any questions and showed me the completed work before leaving. I am so impressed with them. When the project was completed I could see he had a sense of pride in a job well done! Thank you for your hard work.

This outfit is meticulous in their service delivery! Everything was handled so professionally from the outset. From the estimation process to the completion of the project I felt taken care of rather than taken advantage of. I have been noticing cracks in the outside corners of my foundation walls. Contacted a foundation repair company for an opinion. The representative arrived, spent 15 minutes looking at the cracking corners and proceeded to explain what needed to be done to repair my failing foundation. He didn't ask to go inside to look at the basement walls and never once reached out to me (other than emailing his estimate for repair) after leaving. Today I met with Max Waller from your company! From the very beginning Max was amazing! He brought a laser level and showed me the slight changes in the foundation due to settling over time. He went inside to the basement and took additional measurements of changes to the walls. In total he spent close to 2.5 hours inspecting, measuring and answering my many questions. By the time he finished I had complete confidence that his assessment of my foundation was honest and accurate! I plan on having him back out for a follow up towards the end of the summer months. You have special team member in Max!!
