We had our Basement waterproofed and everyone we worked with was excellent! Jacob came out to assess our basement and was professional, friendly, and not at all pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't need. We decided to be proactive and waterproof our basement. Aaron Ison and his team came to our house over a 2 day period and were great! Very professional, explained everything they were doing throughout the process, and kept everything clean. It was a great experience and would recommend them for all your basement needs.

Initially I didn’t enjoy the work done by Ohio basement authority and left a bad review. However they sent a new crew at no charge. Alan and Frankie came and fixed the work done. They were both really professional and polite. I appreciate the work they did on my home and I hope that gets back to them somehow. Thanks for coming and fixing the previous work that I was unhappy with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with **** *. from Ohio Basement Authority on a challenging basement project, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. While the job took longer than initially expected due to unforeseen complications, ****** commitment and professionalism never wavered. He consistently followed through on every promise he made, keeping me informed and at ease throughout the process.**** was joined by ***** *. and ***** *., who were incredible teammates. These two were hardworking, reliable, and just as pleasant to have around. They worked tirelessly, never once slowing down or losing focus. The team as a whole was exceptional, and their efforts were truly appreciated. What stood out the most, though, was ****** attitude. Even when problems arose, which inevitably happens with a job of this magnitude, he maintained the most positive and professional demeanor Ive ever encountered with anyone working in my home. He approached each challenge with a smile, finding solutions without letting it affect the quality of his work or the rapport he built with us.**** is the kind of worker you dont come across every day. If I had to pay double to have **** back for every project, I absolutely wouldits that rare to find someone as dedicated and trustworthy as him.Overall, I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience and the results. If youre looking for a team that will treat your home with the utmost care, work tirelessly, and deliver outstanding results, you simply cant go wrong with ***** ****** and *****.

My inspection was performed by Chelsa who arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. She did an excellent job. Not only was the information she provided detailed, it was very educational as well. I will say being a homeowner twice and having multiple inspections for various home projects, Chelsea was by far the best inspector I have ever encountered. I really believe her being female made the entire process a lot less intimidating.

This past Friday while I was on my way out the door for work while a monsoon was coming down I went through my basement which had previously had the interior drainage done in April around 90% of my basement floor. And noticed a large amount of water running in from an old abandoned pipe that runs through the block and my sewage pipe that runs through block. I called Ohio basement authority to come and take a look to see what they can do to fix the issue and they had scheduled me with Kyle. He was very courteous and apologetic about what was going on. He presented to me what his plan was to fix the leaking issue and not only did he do that. He put on a clear paint like material on a spot where just a small amount of water was coming through and re routed my wiring that went into my sump pit to make it look more neat and presentable and to keep it from catching on the sump pump float. He told me he would do it as if it was his house and I really appreciate everything that he had done. Thanks again Kyle.

Killer experience. My basement went from feeling like a cave in death trap to a safe sturdy place welcome for guests. Jokes aside, the work performed initially as well as the yearly tune up and inspections have been extremely satisfying. We would like to share our experience with Zeke Fowler who came to our home today (2/16/23) to provide a free estimate to repair our front porch steps that are leaning by 1-1/4 inch. Although we haven't committed to the service and are still considering all our options, Zeke was was extremely professional, very thorough, trustworthy and a wealth of knowledge. He actually went above and beyond by getting to the root cause of the leaning and pointed out other areas that could be of concern. He was able to point out that our down spouts are not draining the rain water out to the street, thus causing water to pool and saturate the front yard where a large size dip has formed over a couple of decades. So, he not only provided the reasonable cost to perform the repairs but he also pointed out other areas of our property, specifically the sidewalks where there is some unevenness that has the potential for trip hazards. We are so thankful that Zeke was the person that Ohio Basement Authority sent to our home today, because we can't imagine anyone else with more expert knowledge than him. If you are a homeowner in need of their services, we highly recommend Zeke to be the person you could request. Thanks again.

We had an excellent experience with Ohio Basement Authority from start to finish. From the moment we called, their team was responsive, professional, and very helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything in detail. He made sure we understood the issues, the solutions, and never rushed the process. You can tell he truly knows his job and cares about helping the customer. Honestly, Joe was a big reason we felt confident moving forward with Ohio Basement Authority. We just had our crawl space encapsulated and this company did an outstanding job. Our first interaction was with Mark Vouis who had the unfortunate task of crawling around our hideous crawlspace to come up with the initial estimate. He was thorough, friendly, explained everything well, and was able to work out all the financing before his visit was over. Our installation was done in the same week by two equally thorough, friendly, professionals named Ivan and Davis. Not only did they give our crawl space a desperately needed makeover but they also noticed a duct pipe had come detached and just went ahead and fixed that for us as well. Ivan made sure he walked us through everything they did when they were finished, showing us before and after pictures he took along the way of the entire crawl space. They were also very friendly with our pug who, despite weighing all of 15lbs, has delusions of grandeur and tried to tell them off the entire time they were working. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their basement!

William and his crew were great! Very professional and courteous. Issues were as follows: Evan the salesman mentioned that we might need to remove the laundry sink at our first walkthrough. But around one week before they were due to arrive for the job, I called to ask about it and he had forgotten about it. He did help me find a really good plumber at a discount to correct this. The next issue was that the board to repair the base of the house was not going to fit, and they did not have the right equipment to do that job. The job got postponed by at least 2 weeks due to other scheduled jobs and staff vacation. In addition, William had to do a job during the morning of our scheduled work which put them back 1/2 day. I really appreciate that this company is family owned, but it feels like they are stretched a bit thin with staffing and equipment.

Ohio Basement Authority did a great job! They were friendly and helpful from the moment we contacted them until the job was finished. We received a quote and explanation from Caleb that explained the project in detail. Caden and Serg did an excellent job on the repair work raising our porch and walkway. Thank you for a great job and experience.

Chase Clemens came out to the house and spent several hours doing a detailed inspection and analysis of our basement. He presented all the possible solutions, pros and cons of each, and pitched a thoughtful recommendation. We were ultimately sold when he sang multiple verses of “Baby Shark” including the dance. Really brought it home. It went something like…. Baby shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Baby shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Baby shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Baby shark Mommy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Mommy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Mommy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Mommy shark Daddy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Daddy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Daddy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Daddy shark Grandma shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandma shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandma shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandma shark Grandpa shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandpa shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandpa shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandpa shark

Troy Wilson came out to my house to look at something in my basement that I have had issues with since the basement system was put in. The guy who came and did my inspection 2 years ago told me this was not covered under the life time warranty they provide. I thought that was ridiculous. But I had to live with it. Irritated with them now, Troy came out this year and said "yeah I'm going to fix that for you. It's covered under the warranty." FANTASTIC!!!!! I am thankful for Troy coming out and being professional and no bullshit crap. No excuses just fixed it. Super happy with him. Thanks again.

Highly recommend this company. They installed a new drainage system on one side of our house. I needed it done quickly because of problems we were having, and they came out on a Saturday. The foreman Daniel and his crew Tracen and Kyle were great – they kept in contact with me, even though I was overseas for work – communication was excellent.

Chris Schweisthal was who we worked with for our property and he was awesome. He inspected our basement, clearly explained to us the likely cause of our flooding, and then explained the solutions they offered. He was genuine and up front and we felt like he really had our best interest in mind.

I struggled making such a huge decision when it came to a big project like this but I am so glad I trusted my gut and went with EverDry. I can’t say enough great things about the crew and their work! They kept me informed about everything they were doing and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. The work they did was amazing but the crew that was out was what really made this a great experience! I wish I could hire this crew for all my household repairs! Thank you guys so much!!!

I started noticing my floor was sagging in my 125 year old home and was worried the foundation was compromised. Doug at Ohio Basement Authority came out and was very thorough with what needed to be done and walked me through my options. Once the permit was approved, the team completed the job in 3 days! The crew was knowledge and very nice. Highly recommend using Ohio Basement Authority!

These guys were awesome five plus stars I own an old home, and the crawlspace was very nasty when I got it, but I called Ohio Basement authority, and they came out, did a free inspection, and gave me finance options. I did a crawlspace encapsulation, and they are very affordable. They came out, and it only took them about 2 days to finish thanks guys 🙂
