Chase Clemens came out the next business day, gave me the estimate and I forwarded it to our HOA manager to get a response on the potential fix. I highly recommend Chase! He went above and beyond with his inspection and made sure I understood not only the solutions available to me but even taught me about how foundations of homes are built – which I didn’t know too much about considering my house was built in the late 1800s. He was able to help me with finding a solution to my concerns and I trust that my house will be in good hands.

Vanessa from the Ohio Basement Authority assessed my basement experiencing water intrusion. She and her colleague spent 2 hours with me discussing the issue and how they would address it. I felt satisfied with their knowledge, expertise, and their sales professionalism. Ultimately we decided to patch the crack with another company, because the Basement Authority’s solution was quite pricey. We plan to call Vanessa and Ohio Basement Authority if the problem persists post patch job.

Dan Lauterbur came to my house to advise me regarding some basement cracking and seepage that had been previously treated by another company. His assessment was thorough and detailed and noted several concerns that I had not previously been aware of. He was very helpful in advising me as how to best proceed and what to ask and look for when the company that did the original warrantied work returns to readdress the problems. If the original company fails to adequately address the concerns or if new problems arise in the future, I will most certainly be back in touch with the Ohio Basement Authority.

I struggled making such a huge decision when it came to a big project like this but I am so glad I trusted my gut and went with EverDry. I can’t say enough great things about the crew and their work! They kept me informed about everything they were doing and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards.
