Had some serious structural issues with my crawl space. They sent William, Everette and Russel out and they were every bit as cool and professional as you could hope for. Lots of good banter. Top notch guys and highly recommend their service.

I had full crawl space remediation with OBA. Chelsa was great through the process with both explaining it and communication, and William and his crew, Russell, Levi and Owen came out did the work, kept everything neat and tidy and I feel much better now that the work is done.

Vanessa has been really easy and fun to work with!! She included everything on our wish list to the proposed floor plan which was surprising given our small space! She was very honest and so easy to communicate with. Even after she left I reached out to see if she could change something on our floor plan, and she had the changes sent to me within a few hours. Extremely impressive!!

We had an amazing experience with Chase Clemens. We can’t emphasize enough his attention to detail and thorough inspection. After serval professionals and companies that were unable to identify solutions for our basement issues, Chase did. Highly recommend him and Ohio basement authority

Today, Chase Clemens and Justin Bankcroft thoroughly inspected my house for structural concerns. (They were almost at my house for three hours.) I cannot begin to thank them enough for their knowledge, integrity and ethics. Another company gave me an estimate of almost $29,000 and Chase said that none of that work needed to be done. Chase and Justin identified the problem (my roof) and assured me it was not a problem with the house structure itself. Not only did they save me an enormous amount of money, but they restored my faith in people. There are ethical professionals in this world and they are certainly two of them. Both of these men were so professional and knowledgeable, I am beyond grateful. I feel very blessed.

My inspection was performed by Chelsa who arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. She did an excellent job. Not only was the information she provided detailed, it was very educational as well. I will say being a homeowner twice and having multiple inspections for various home projects, Chelsea was by far the best inspector I have ever encountered. I really believe her being female made the entire process a lot less intimidating.

After 30 years in our home, our foundation was in serious need of repair. Ohio Basement Authorities was selected to do the repair work needed to stabilize the home. They were very professional and quickly demonstrated that they had the expertise and equipment needed to effectively and efficiently get the job done. Very impressive was that a team of just 3 dug out a massive amount of dirt along the entire side of our house which then allowed them to install necessary materials to stabilize the foundation. Additionally, these 3 completed all needed work in less than a day and a half! Big shout out to Elijah, Robert and Isaiah W. from the Ohio Basement Authorities Branch in Cincinnati Ohio. I highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

We had 5 different companies come out and look at our crawlspace. James, our inspector with Ohio Basement Authority, was the only one who we truly felt had our best interest in mind. He was the only one who we really felt listened to our concerns/wants and went above and beyond to create the solution that worked best for our situation. The knowledge-base he extended to us throughout the process and his availability for questions and follow-ups was second to none. The level of service and commitment James put into working with us not only will have us coming back to OBA exclusively for waterproofing needs, but also will be the first and only recommendation I will make to anyone I encounter needing similar solutions. Appreciate all of you!
