The Technician that came to opur house to do the work/inspection was Caleb T, and he was awesome. He clearrly explained everything he was going to check as part of our service contract, and took before and after pictures of the work he did. He is a great representative of Ohio Basement Authority/Groundworks!

Our finished basement became flooded with ground water. It was bad. We were walking in PUDDLES of water throughout the basement. A family member who is a contractor for home improvements recommended Ohio Basement Authority (OBA) Sara who works for them came to evaluate our basement issues. She fully explained the issue and the process to eliminate it. She discovered this was not a new issue for us as we found mold behind the drywall. The working crew of Tracen, Daniel, Ciadne, and Dryck all were extremely professional and answered all our questions. As we do not have an outside door from our basement, they had to hand carry all the equipment, supplies and old concrete up the basement stairs and out of the house. They did everything possible to mitigate the construction mess from laying drop cloths to putting up plastic curtains. The process for us was quick and efficient. They cleaned up all the construction mess and more. We are extremely pleased with the end product and looking forward to reclaiming our basement as living and storage space. Thank you OBA who not only fixed the issue but really addressed a potential health issue for our family! 10/10. The warranty on the work is good for the lifetime of the house.

This outfit is meticulous in their service delivery! Everything was handled so professionally from the outset. From the estimation process to the completion of the project I felt taken care of rather than taken advantage of. The crew did an amazing job on our sidewalk that had sunk in front of our house and made it safe for everyone.

I was really impressed with the quoting experience with Mark! He was friendly, thorough and offered me a few different solutions without feeling "salesy". Unfortunately, the potential foundation repairs were for a home that I was under contract to buy, but had to backout because the seller refused to lower the purchase price to compensate. However, based on the genuine experience with Mark, I'd recommend this company!

Jacob Nesbitt in my home was a positive experience, and a refreshing experience after other estimators. He was thorough, honest, and earned my trust with his demeaner. He reviewed my options, quoted financing, and I choose to use his company because of his respectful communication style. I felt confident after getting my free quote that negotiating the complex situation in my basement would not only be possible with him, but that we would succeed in getting the results we need. Honestly, its difficult to open your home to a stranger who you need help from on a large project, and it was nice to feel good about it for a change. Ohio Basement Authority is a good mix of national corporation but still has a small business feel.

He understood our needs and took time to explain everything we asked he was efficient and super nice! We felt he was honest and wasn’t pushy! If he was pushy we would not have trusted his advice! We have made the appointment for our repairs! Thank you James!

We hired Ohio Basement Authority to waterproof and dry out a damp cellar/basement at a historic home of ours. The stone walls and mortar were slowly crumbling. They inspected the foundation, explained all options to us, and completed the entire project in just 2 days. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing similar services. Will use again in the future.

Initially I didn’t enjoy the work done by Ohio basement authority and left a bad review. However they sent a new crew at no charge. Alan and Frankie came and fixed the work done. They were both really professional and polite. I appreciate the work they did on my home and I hope that gets back to them somehow. Thanks for coming and fixing the previous work that I was unhappy with.
