Arrived when expected, completed the work as expected, and cleaned up. Very courteous and professional team. They buttoned up all the air leaks in our crawlspace and insulated all around. Was a very satisfactory experience. Will contact them again if we wish to do more.

8.31.2023Update.After miscommunication I believe we are all set and we will see how it functions! That was fixed.Just waiting on final finished walls to be done which would have been next week but I couldn't do that so will be the following! And now my 2 year old washing machine is leaking from the bottom. If I knew this was going to completely ruin capacity to do laundry……they should have extended the sump pump.Or said you can't use your washer dryer.Got a call yesterday and he had no clue what was discussed discussed aND still needed to be fixed. From Friday evening To Monday 4 pm it was never communicated..So Day three and the plumber was sent out as promised. Matt who was the person I met first who does the assessments now is really great at being hands-on. I met with one of their competitors the day after Matt came. Matt struck me as honest and I read BBB reviews. Ohio Basement stood out because they remedied issues. The other guys did not. The others tried to get me…all 3 of them …to sign that night. Which made me want to say my doors here…bye! Matt simply told me facts. He came out tonight and moved my washer back for me. He told me a plumber was coming and they did. They guys who worked on the basement were really nice and professional. My basement crawl space no longer smells and the musty basement odor is reduced significantly already.A few loose ends which Matt is working on will be fixed and it'll be 5 stars.

Chase came out to inspect my foundation issue this week and I was super impressed. He took his time and was very thorough. Little did he know I had obtained estimates from two other companies. Sorry Chase! The inspection he did was light years ahead of the other two and the diagnosis was the same as was the fix. But, the estimate came in significantly lower and did not involve ripping off my entire deck. Chase passed the vibe check and was super personable and explained everything so a layman like me could understand. I think he deserves a bonus and a raise. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a foundation repair.

I selected Ohio Basement Authority to bring my crawlspace up to my satisfaction so that I could sell my home and not pass the problem onto the next homeowner. I got the free inspection, and I was informed about what was recommended. I agreed to the recommendations and the team of Iran, Chris M and Zack K, took care of my crawlspace in a very professional matter. Iran kept me updated during the entire process and he showed genuine concern about wanting to meet my expectations. The team completed the job in a timely manner to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Ohio Basement Authority! From the very beginning, they made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Scheduling my appointment was easy as can be, and I really appreciated receiving a prompt appointment confirmation that kept me in the loop. On the day of the appointment, Chase and Chelsa were fantastic. They arrived right on time, which I truly value working from home and in meetings most of the day. They were thorough and professional, taking the time to carefully check both the inside and outside of my home to identify any potential issues. What I appreciated most was their thorough and honest consultation and recommendations for how to best handle some of the issues they found. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone here in the tri-state!

Vince and Evan came out and did a very thorough inspection. We appreciated their professionalism and patience with our many questions. The inspection required removing a small portion of dry wall and insulation. They made sure everything was completely cleaned up afterwards. Good guys!
