Foundation problems are a very stressful situation to deal with, but from the beginning Ohio Basement Authority made the process effortless and brought us peace of mind not only in the choices we made for our solution but also in the financial aspect of it as well. James Sandlin was courteous and friendly from the second he stepped into our home. He was very thoroughly with the review of our foundation and the needs we were looking to meet. Sometimes in these situations it's all about the experience and he truly made this experience all the more better for us. He walked us through and educated us on the different problems foundations can have and the different solutions that help match the problems we were facing. He even gave us multiple financial choices that helped us choose what worked the best for our needs. James Sandlin with Ohio Basement Authority gained a lifetime customer to match their lifetime warranty for the work they do on our property. We are truly grateful.

Dan as an inspector came out to our house and had a genuine interest in our home, the problem we were having and thoroughly explained his background experience and cared for us. Dan did not even mention a sale price to us once during our inspection. I felt he trusted and comfortable with our experience with OBA because of our experience with Dan.
