Norbert was absolutely fantastic, he was incredibly thorough and took the time to answer every question I had. He was also very informative and detailed in what work was going to be done and how. He brought tools to show me the moisture that was in my basement and just overall left a great impression. Absolutely would reccomend him to everyone.

They communicated when each step was done at the end of the day and what to expect the next time they would be here. They were here every day they said they would be and did not keep us waiting. Highly recommend this company. They installed a new drainage system on one side of our house. I needed it done quickly because of problems we were having, and they came out on a Saturday. The foreman Daniel and his crew Tracen and Kyle were great – they kept in contact with me, even though I was overseas for work – communication was excellent.

Unfortunately, the potential foundation repairs were for a home that I was under contract to buy, but had to backout because the seller refused to lower the purchase price to compensate. However, based on the genuine experience with Mark, I'd recommend this company!

Caden and Chris came over to my house to complete an annual check on my basement wall. During their visit, they were polite and friendly. They even changed my sump pump back up battery, rewired it and fixed my leaky pipe. They went way above and beyond and provided the best customer service I have received in as long as I can remember. Overall 10 stars, I would recommend them to everyone!!

Excellent service and great pricing for a downspout drain repair. The inspector, Mark, did a great job listening to our concerns and then recommending a fix. He walked us through the whole process. On the day of installation, Larry and Kruize did a fantastic job fixing the issue while keeping my landscaping intact as much as possible. I really appreciate how clean they left the install. I would recommend Ohio Basement Authority and these individuals.

He consistently followed through on every promise he made, keeping me informed and at ease throughout the process.**** was joined by ***** *. and ***** *., who were incredible teammates. These two were hardworking, reliable, and just as pleasant to have around. They worked tirelessly, never once slowing down or losing focus.
