We had an excellent experience with Ohio Basement Authority from start to finish. From the moment we called, their team was responsive, professional, and very helpful. They scheduled an appointment within just a couple of days, which was impressive. Joe Rhoads came out for the inspection, and he was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything in detail. He made sure we understood the issues, the solutions, and never rushed the process. You can tell he truly knows his job and cares about helping the customer. Honestly, Joe was a big reason we felt confident moving forward with Ohio Basement Authority. His approach, honesty, and expertise made a huge difference. Highly recommend both Joe and the company if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy basement work.

I had leaks all across my basement, so I called Ohio Basement Authority since I saw them working on a neighbors property. Jared Brown, my project manager, inspected the problems and got a plan in motion within days of calling. He helped me with any questions I had (even after completion) and kept the project goals reasonable. Once construction started (busy season, month delay) they were done within a few days. Job was done quickly and professionally with the mess very well contained. I definitely recommend them if you’re having foundation issues like I was!

He was professional and did a good job advising me on what problems I had. OBA has a pretty good setup of information to explain why things settled, and his their project can fix the problem. I did sign with them for work to be done.

We hired Ohio Basement Authority to waterproof and dry out a damp cellar/basement at a historic home of ours. The stone walls and mortar were slowly crumbling. They inspected the foundation, explained all options to us, and completed the entire project in just 2 days. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. I started noticing my floor was sagging in my 125 year old home and was worried the foundation was compromised. Doug at Ohio Basement Authority came out and was very thorough with what needed to be done and walked me through my options. Once the permit was approved, the team completed the job in 3 days!
