Unfortunately, the potential foundation repairs were for a home that I was under contract to buy, but had to backout because the seller refused to lower the purchase price to compensate. We had our Basement waterproofed and everyone we worked with was excellent! Jacob came out to assess our basement and was professional, friendly, and not at all pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't need. We decided to be proactive and waterproof our basement. Aaron Ison and his team came to our house over a 2 day period and were great! Very professional, explained everything they were doing throughout the process, and kept everything clean. It was a great experience and would recommend them for all your basement needs.

Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). Fortunately for me I already fixed that and he explained what I did right and why and how it should have been designed originally.

OBA was so helpful and informative that when we were ready to repair the quickly scheduled us and even moved us up. Iran H. And Chris M. were amazing professionals and left our basement cleaner than when they started. Highly recommend.

We had 5 different companies come out and look at our crawlspace. James, our inspector with Ohio Basement Authority, was the only one who we truly felt had our best interest in mind. He was the only one who we really felt listened to our concerns/wants and went above and beyond to create the solution that worked best for our situation. The knowledge-base he extended to us throughout the process and his availability for questions and follow-ups was second to none. The level of service and commitment James put into working with us not only will have us coming back to OBA exclusively for waterproofing needs, but also will be the first and only recommendation I will make to anyone I encounter needing similar solutions. Caden and Chris came over to my house to complete an annual check on my basement wall. During their visit, they were polite and friendly. They even changed my sump pump back up battery, rewired it and fixed my leaky pipe. They went way above and beyond and provided the best customer service I have received in as long as I can remember. Overall 10 stars, I would recommend them to everyone!!

Richard B, Donte B and Javaun W completed the job in 3 days. Lots of work, but they did it in a timely fashion. Richard was very informative about the process and checked in and out each day between my husband and I. I would recommend this crew to do any basement repairs. We inspected the entire basement and everything is exactly up to what the contract advised.
