Keevan, Jarell and Hunter from Ohio Basement authorities came out yesterday to resolve an issue I had . They called letting me know they were on the way to my home and would arrive in 20 minutes. They were on time and went over all the work they would be performing. They performed all the work and cleaned up every were they were working. They asked me if everything meet my expectations before leaving. Super happy with us crew of guys. Thank you Ohio Basement authorities for sending out this fantastic crew of guys. My home is unusualy long, large and awkwardly positioned on a steep slope. I worried for years it was too big of a task to repair thoroughly and would be far too expensive. I had quotes from various experts and never felt confident with any of their solutions. But yesterday I met Dan with Ohio Basement Authority and I have to say: MY OPINION CHANGED QUICKLY. I will never be able to thank @Dan Lauterbur enough for our home evaluation. He worked with precision and great attention to detail, addressing every nagging question, and concern I threw at him with a plethora of knowledge and expertise. His passion for construction and foundation repair was evident. Literally every minute was a fountain of knowledge; he did not rush and spent nearly 4 hours with me to complete our home evaluation, sketch and entire contract. Bringing over 25 years of experience as a general contractor, I can rest easy knowing Dan left no stone unturned during the process. Very excited to continue working with Dan as our Project Manager over the next three months and see our dreams come to fruition!!! I truly do not believe there is another foundation company out there that will have the man power for this monster of a project (32 push peirs, driveway deck, floors and more); all-the-while still making the process stress-free, smooth and affordable. Each of the workmen worked hard and was helpful and cheerful. They each did a great job and answered all questions. Ryan and Bryan did a bang-up job lifting and repairing the steps. Curtis, Jordan and Chris went the extra mile in solidifying the foundation and dealing with the unexpected in the basement, Jabaree, Garrett, and Danny did the waterproofing work, installed the dehumidifier and finished with the final concrete work. Hollis, my project manager, was available whenever I needed an answer, My Thanks to each of them for their workmanship.

Ohio Basement Authority gave us a very reasonable estimate for leveling out several problem spots in our concrete driveway and walkway to our front door. Then they contacted us when a spot opened on their job schedule a few months sooner than expected. Their crew, Nick and Earl, were on time, very personable, kept us fully informed on their progress, and did a great job. Our driveway, walkway, and front-door entryway look much better, with tripping hazards gone. Very happy with the OBA's work!

I SAY ALLEGED BECAUSE I GOT TWO DIFFERENT QUOTES FOR RANGING FROM $3000-$5000 TO FIX AN ISSUE SHE DID NOT HAVE, WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME WAS MOLD WAS ACTUALLY EFFLORESCENCE AND THE MOISTURE LEVEL WAS LESS THAN 2%.
