After a 4 inch flood in our basement, we were devastated. We scheduled the free inspection and met Max. From the moment he came in, he knew exactly what he was talking about. He found the problems, even the ones we weren't aware of. After identifying our issues, he had the solutions to best fix it and spent the time we needed to fully understand. We have a plan and a path forward. We look forward to working with moustache Max!

OBA provided clear communication and timely scheduling. They were able to come out to our house within a few days of my initial call. Chase was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He made what could be an overwhelming situation stress-free, and although we realized the root cause of our issue is not something OBA can provide a solution for, I would highly recommend using them to friends and family.

Matt M. did a walk around outside of our house for foundation cracks or problems before he inspected the crawlspace. My wife and I sat down with Matt and were very happy with his assessment to address our concerns. We set a date and time to begin work to install additional Jacpipes and beams. Iran H. and Chris M. called the night before to authorize an earlier start time. They arrived on time. They began working in the crawlspace and cleaned up the work area. Iran and Chris showed us pics and stated they will return to make the adjustments to the jacposts. Very courteous and professional. We recommend the company.

Each of the workmen worked hard and was helpful and cheerful. They each did a great job and answered all questions. Ryan and Bryan did a bang-up job lifting and repairing the steps. Curtis, Jordan and Chris went the extra mile in solidifying the foundation and dealing with the unexpected in the basement, Jabaree, Garrett, and Danny did the waterproofing work, installed the dehumidifier and finished with the final concrete work. Hollis, my project manager, was available whenever I needed an answer, My Thanks to each of them for their workmanship.
