Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Ohio Basement Authority! From the very beginning, they made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Scheduling my appointment was easy as can be, and I really appreciated receiving a prompt appointment confirmation that kept me in the loop. On the day of the appointment, Chase and Chelsa were fantastic. They arrived right on time, which I truly value working from home and in meetings most of the day. They were thorough and professional, taking the time to carefully check both the inside and outside of my home to identify any potential issues. What I appreciated most was their thorough and honest consultation and recommendations for how to best handle some of the issues they found. Job was substantially completed 10/07 And full payment was made on 10/08 With the agreement that a 10 foot condensation hose from the dehumidifier would be delivered to me on 10/11 so the Aprilair unit could be more centrally located . Currently hose is only 5 feet long. Also the delivery team did not provide any verbal instructions except to press arrows up or down to set the humidity settings . I was told with purchase that instructions would be given to me and explain maintenance .The agreement was the 10 foot hose would be delivered 10/11 and at that time instructions on care of unit would be provided verbally . I was there from 9a-4:15 and did not receive any calls to reschedule .

Ohio Basement Authority gave us a very reasonable estimate for leveling out several problem spots in our concrete driveway and walkway to our front door. Then they contacted us when a spot opened on their job schedule a few months sooner than expected. Their crew, Nick and Earl, were on time, very personable, kept us fully informed on their progress, and did a great job. Our driveway, walkway, and front-door entryway look much better, with tripping hazards gone. Very happy with the OBA's work!
