We had a Crawl Space Encapsulation completed recently. We got the recommendation from family that have used them before. We could not have asked for a better Team! Kevin was our inspector and was patient with our many questions and sincere in what our personal needs were. Ben was our foreman, he was also extremely patient with questions, and there were many. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on at each stage. All of the Crew that worked with us were courteous, hard working, and friendly! We had Ty with Ben one day! Jeremiah came for electrician consult, it was a pleasure to meet him. Next Crew with Ben was Trenton and K.C….these young men worked hard all day to complete this job and clean up was perfect. Corey did our electrical work and made sure all was safe….as we had some confusing electric lines under there! I feel so satisfied with this experience. And safe and secure in my home! He was very professional and didn't give up even though our old house threw some pretty big curveballs his way! Marcus was in charge of the demo, drilling and laying down the new drainage system. Ohio Basement Authority is the top choice for exceptional plumbing services at a competitive price. After maintaining my old sump pump for over 20 years, it finally gave out and it was time for a replacement. I was able to schedule an appointment at a time that worked best for me, and Kyle Lockard came out to install the new sump pump. He did an outstanding job! Kyle not only installed the new pump but also cleaned out a significant amount of grime that had built up over the years. Unlike other companies that simply check if the sump pump is working and call it maintenance, Ohio Basement Authority went above and beyond, as shown in the photos. I'm extremely grateful for the professional and thorough service they provided in replacing my sump pump the right way.

Jordan came out to check our basement due to nonstop water coming in from the drains. He cannot figure it out why so much water coming in. My husband lives in this house for over 30 years and nothing like this happens. This is the second time water episode issue in our basement. Jordan went outside and check until he pointed out the construction next to our house. He is a life saver because been dealing this water for 3 days. Only happened when this construction for water lines begins. And we didn’t know until this new company Basement Doctor came out.

I struggled making such a huge decision when it came to a big project like this but I am so glad I trusted my gut and went with EverDry. I can’t say enough great things about the crew and their work! They kept me informed about everything they were doing and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. James ******* is fantastic. He quickly identified several issues in our home using advanced equipment and visual inspection. He explained the process of the crawlspace encapsulation and showed us photos so that we understood exactly what is beneath our home. He has worked very well with the contractor from ****, Wayne, who is also excellent. The two of them have agreed on several things, and will work together to try to save our subfloor we were previously told had to be ripped out. We have very scary issues with our house (mold, sagging beams from a dishwasher leak and the foundation shifting due to this). James has drawn a diagram of the house as far as he can for now. Wayne from **** is doing the same. Our HVAC must be ripped out before James can evaluate the rest of our house, but he was able to show us where we have crawlspace and where it is slab. We highly recommend this very knowledgeable and professional technician. We trust him and are grateful he and the other contractor are able to work so well together to try to help us during one of the worst nightmares of our lives. Their calm mannerisms are helping us not panic, and we know they could have padded the bill and ripped out the sub floor. Not wanting to do this shows us even more so that we can trust James to make the best decision to help us. He got down in our crawlspace that is very short in freezing weather and took photos of everything. He is dedicated and he really cares.
