From the field inspector, Tanner, to the foreman, Joseph, the experience has been great! Everyone was very professional and communicated well. Tanner did an excellent job with his inspection, information presented via short videos and actual samples of the materials and then communicating options and prices. Joseph and his crew showed up on time, very courteous, explained the job, and cleaned up completely. The work done was a crawlspace waterproofing system and encapsulation.

He pointed out the problem was not in my crawl space,as I originally thought, and did not try to push me into expensive and unnecessary work.He also pointed out the real source of the problem and told me how it could be resolved. Can't say enough good things about him and how helpful he was to me. I wold definitely call on Ohio Basement Authority again if needed.
