We got scheduled and then our work date was moved up due to a cancellation, so our entire job (estimate to completion) was finished in less than a week. Chase came out to inspect my foundation issue this week and I was super impressed. He took his time and was very thorough. Little did he know I had obtained estimates from two other companies. Sorry Chase! The inspection he did was light years ahead of the other two and the diagnosis was the same as was the fix. But, the estimate came in significantly lower and did not involve ripping off my entire deck. Chase passed the vibe check and was super personable and explained everything so a layman like me could understand. I think he deserves a bonus and a raise. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a foundation repair.

Vanessa from the Ohio Basement Authority assessed my basement experiencing water intrusion. She and her colleague spent 2 hours with me discussing the issue and how they would address it. I felt satisfied with their knowledge, expertise, and their sales professionalism. Ultimately we decided to patch the crack with another company, because the Basement Authority’s solution was quite pricey. We plan to call Vanessa and Ohio Basement Authority if the problem persists post patch job.

My wife and I had a few contractors out to our property to assess our sinking garage slab issue. We ultimately decided to use Ohio Basement Authority as the consultant Nick came out, took measurements and provided details that others could not. We moved forward with having 5 piers installed under the slab. The team that came out to complete the work was Sean, Nick, and Elijah. What a team! They were awesome! They arrived on time, walked us through the process and had it all completed in the same day. Our floors is now even and the gaps that existed are now gone in the walls. Thank you to your team for taking care of this project for us. They also made it super easy with Payment Options for us as well which is perfect around the holiday season.

We had OBA lift our concrete home entrance pad and connected walkway. Over the years this had become a safety hazard. The work was done as agreed too: curing the hazard and improving the look of the walkway. The OBA project team, Ryan an Bryan, were excellent to work with. They explained what they were going to do and kept us informed periodically as they progressed. We are pleased with the results.

Hollis was the representative who walked the property and detailed the issues. Many issues beyond what I understood to be the problem I called to address. He was professional and did a good job advising me on what problems I had. OBA has a pretty good setup of information to explain why things settled, and his their project can fix the problem. I did sign with them for work to be done.
