I had an outstanding experience with Darin DeRosa, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He conducted a detailed inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt supported and confident throughout the process. This was my third time going through this, and Darin provided the level of comfort and dedication I had been looking for. He was truly committed to helping me succeed, and thanks to his efforts, I was approved for the loan I needed to finish my basement. It’s clear why this company maintains a five-star reputation, and Darin is a big part of that. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. Louis Dave Christ and crew did an amazing job! They worked so hard for 3 days repairing and waterproofing my basement. Everyday they cleaned everything before leaving, sweeping the entire basement and foyer. They sprayed all the mud off my driveway and porch. Every morning Louis asked if I had any questions and showed me the completed work before leaving. I am so impressed with them. When the project was completed I could see he had a sense of pride in a job well done! Thank you for your hard work.

He went above and beyond by helping us ensure the replacement was covered under our warranty and was able to install the new sump pump the very same day. Ruben was professional, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the process. We’re especially grateful that he caught the issue before it led to any water damage or other problems. Had a great experience with Ohio Basement Authority recently when they came out to look at our crawl space for encapsulation. Dakota Hruby was the one who did the inspection, and he was fantastic—super friendly, professional, and really took the time to walk me through everything. What stood out the most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just do a quick once-over and leave; he explained things in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I actually understood what was going on down there and why certain fixes were recommended. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the inspection and how much time they spent with me. It felt like they genuinely cared about doing things right. Definitely recommend if you’re looking into crawl space work.

Unfortunately, the potential foundation repairs were for a home that I was under contract to buy, but had to backout because the seller refused to lower the purchase price to compensate. Tanner did an excellent job with his inspection, information presented via short videos and actual samples of the materials and then communicating options and prices. After 30 years in our home, our foundation was in serious need of repair. Ohio Basement Authorities was selected to do the repair work needed to stabilize the home. They were very professional and quickly demonstrated that they had the expertise and equipment needed to effectively and efficiently get the job done. Very impressive was that a team of just 3 dug out a massive amount of dirt along the entire side of our house which then allowed them to install necessary materials to stabilize the foundation. Additionally, these 3 completed all needed work in less than a day and a half! Big shout out to Elijah, Robert and Isaiah W. from the Ohio Basement Authorities Branch in Cincinnati Ohio. I highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

Jacob came out to assess our basement and was professional, friendly, and not at all pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't need. We decided to be proactive and waterproof our basement. Aaron Ison and his team came to our house over a 2 day period and were great! Very professional, explained everything they were doing throughout the process, and kept everything clean. It was a great experience and would recommend them for all your basement needs.

He worked up several different options for us and never tried to over sell he just genuinely tried to help us through the process.
