Fantastic Service. Basement Authority installed 3 Geo-Lock supports in the basement to shore up a bowed wall. Very pleased with the work preformed and the crew of Zach, Mike and Milton were wonderful. Very conscientious workers who went out of their way to avoid tracking dirt into the house.

From the estimation process to the completion of the project I felt taken care of rather than taken advantage of. The crew did an amazing job on our sidewalk that had sunk in front of our house and made it safe for everyone.

Matt Koons, Ohio Basement Authority, came to look at what we needed, explained the work process to us, gave us our estimate, and explained all of the contract. We got scheduled and then our work date was moved up due to a cancellation, so our entire job (estimate to completion) was finished in less than a week. Very happy with our project and with Ohio Basement Authority.

I consulted with many contractors before choosing Ohio Basement Authority. Their online reputation seemed legitimate and my initial consultation with Chelsa immediately credentialed their approach, which seemed very broad in their expertise, thorough, and thoughtful. Their availability to both estimate and install the solution was uncommonly well organized. Chelsa impressed me so much I was a tad worried it might be one of those deals where everything sounds good initially, but the execution could disappoint. Wow – there was no disappointment; the execution was flawless. I don’t know who owns or runs this company, but you can tell their leadership has it together and hires good people. Iran H, Chris M, and Zach K arrived early on the morning of the install and ready to do some serious work. Immediately you could tell – this is what they do and they are both good at it and very experienced. They hustled without rushing, and the finished product was incredible. When examining the space together after they were done, I realized I failed to communicate a few small items that Chelsa and I discussed during the solution design. Iran, Chris and Zach were understanding and gracious with their times; they addressed and resolved all the additional items. Not going to lie – this company is not the cheapest option I looked at. But if you want a thing done once and done correctly – you can seriously trust in them based on my experience. Check out the before and after photos. No more horrible smells, high humidity promoting mold to threaten the structural integrity, and unsealed openings for rodent infiltrations. Thank you all for doing such an excellent job!
